Melons are just about ready!
Beans and tomatoes along with corn are my favorites. We still battle weeds and the wood chips leached nitrogen from the soil but we gave enough to can and watch through the summer.
We have already planted more beans and will be planting cool season plants for a fall 2nd season harvest.
Do you have any ideas for extending the growing season?
