What do you make with all of the eggs you may have this time of year?

We love eggs for breakfast. Eggs are so healthy and yummy but sometimes you want something a little different.  I fix this often as it is my favorite. Give it a try and see what the kids think!





I saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil.  Don't get it too hot. You don't want to burn the garlic and eggs are a protein like meat and need a lower heat to taste their best!




I then throw in some spinach with the garlic and olive oil.  I am out of spinach out of the garden so I purchased this baby spinach.

Wilt the spinach and then pour over the scrambled eggs. I use about 6 eggs for our family of 4.



Lastly sprinkle some Feta cheese and ENJOY!
