Going to the Creek

We had a few minutes to get away today and my daughter enjoys going to the creek.  We have a low water crossing near our home.  The water level was low but she enjoyed trying to catch minnows in a bucket.

We thank God daily to live in such a peaceful, beautiful, area of the country. It was warm this week but the really hot days will be short-lived.  I think that is why I love Missouri.  Just about the time your tired of one season you roll right into the next.  We have 4 definite seasons here.
