Fall: Our favorite, yet most busy time of year for us.....

DUCKS AND MORE CANNING.... 

Between school, get together's and canning, we have had a busy Fall 2015.
The kids were able to go on their first duck hunt last weekend thanks to the Land Learning Foudation Landlearning.org. They reviewed safety and shot clays for two days prior.

That evening we went to a harvest party with friends. We had a exhilarating day of fun.  

I've been busy canning pears and peppers.  I made pepper jelly and Cowboy Candy. They are hot but great on crackers and in our chili!
