Homeschooling: Drama Class

Our homeschool group is a regional group and therefore many families come to meet from quite a distance.

We have been meeting at a local church that has an incredible stage and lighting system.
The kids are putting on a play that includes historical information about America. This includes the defeats of America and the triumphs. Find out more about the production here on Facebook and YouTube link.

Hannah is playing a Minuteman, Southern-belle, singing in a trio and a surprise character that I will post on a later post....

You can see her and my friend Jennifer's, from Faithful Homestead, son pictured in the first photo is also a minuteman and daughter pictured above, as a Southern-belle in blue.

Jacob is playing George Washington, Theodore Roosevelt,  WW1, WW2 and Vietnam Soldier, Singing in two trios and duet.

The play will begin its three day production on Wednesday.  We are excited to see all the kids in action.  The life lessons are innumerable as they are learning the lessons of hard work, team work, memorization and getting up in front of a crowd. God willing there will be a good crowd and fun had for all!
