I LOVE MUSHROOMS....so much I decided to grow them on our farm. Hopefully we make a profit and I am looking forward to having a near endless supply. You can eat them fresh, dried or can them for your food storage.

Here are some ideas using canned morels. We usually eat so many fresh morels in the spring we hardly have any for canning.
I saute onions with butter and throw in the morels. You can throw in green peppers and toss over rice or make a cream sauce with whipping cream and pour over fettuccine.
